Our Core Renovation Services
How It Works
One team for kitchens, bathrooms, showers, and full-home work across Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties, with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordinated under one plan.
1. Free consultation
Tell us about your project in the form above. We will be in touch within one business day to schedule your free in-home design consultation.
2. Design and scope
We walk through the space, talk through cabinetry, counters, tile, and fixtures, and agree on the scope before work starts.
3. Build
Kitchen, bathroom, shower, or full-home work is coordinated in one plan, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC where the job needs it.
4. Walkthrough
We walk through the finished work with you, so you can check the details before the job is done.
Why homeowners choose Rafael Inc
JaxRemodel is kitchen, bath, and home remodeling by Rafael Inc, a Jacksonville design-build team. That means one team designs it, prices it, permits it, builds it, and walks it through with you, not a string of separate contractors.
Know exactly what you are getting, no surprises
You get a detailed proposal with a complete scope of work, not a vague estimate. Clients say it again and again in reviews: the scope was detailed, the contract matched the work, and there were no surprises. You know what is included, what it costs, and what the finished job will look like, before work starts.
Interior design and 2020 drawings
Our interior design team designs your project in 2020 software, with complete drawings: layouts, elevations, and perspectives. You see the room finished on paper and on screen, you make changes there, not after walls are opened.
See and touch it in our showroom
Come to our Jacksonville showroom, 9365 Philips Hwy, Suite 201, and see and touch the real materials: cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, backsplashes, and fixtures, from a wide selection. Choose with your eyes and your hands, not from a photo on a phone.
We start immediately, and we handle everything
Once you approve the proposal, we start immediately: pulling permits, ordering materials, and scheduling the work. Our superintendents manage your project, coordinate the trades, and keep communication going throughout, so you always know what is happening, what is next, and who to ask.
About pricing: every client's need, space, design, and material choices vary, so we do not guess at a price online. After we look at your home and your project in person, we give you exact pricing, in a detailed proposal, based on your space, your design, and the materials you choose.
